Do you provide warranties or guarantees on your products?

All battery-powered quad bikes in our shop come with a 6-month manufacturing defects warranty, covering the main parts of the bikes and quads, such as motors, batteries, and ECUs. We try to solve all warranty issues within 72 hours but do note that we might not currently have the necessary parts in stock. In such cases, we will need to order the right components before helping fix your vehicle, which can take up to 5 weeks.

How long do battery-powered electric quad bikes run on a single charge?

Each vehicle can run at full power for roughly 45-60 minutes on a full charge. Running at slower speeds will save up battery power.

Are your products safe for children?

Children’s safety is our number one priority; that’s why each kids’ electric quad bike comes equipped with a number of safety measures such as cut-off switches, lanyards to stop the bike if something goes wrong, as well as ways to prevent the bike from rolling over. 

What is the difference between your quad bikes and dirt bikes for kids?

How long does delivery take?
