Products ordered from RidersAndRollers.com are usually delivered within 24-48 hours if ordered before 1pm.  All of our products have average delivery timelines stated within the product description. We ship from within the UK using tracked courier and delivery services. Alternative delivery methods can be arranged.

 

Return/refund service

If you are not happy with your product you can return it within 14 days of purchase. As long as it is unused and in original packaging state, a no hassle return or exchange will be provided. Courier costs are to be paid by customer and a £20 restocking fee is applicable for non-fault, unopened returns. A 10% restocking fee is applicable for unboxed/assembled returns.

 

Warranty Service
All of our products come with warranties. For more information on warranties for individual products, please contact us via phone or e-mail.

Water and accidental damage are not covered. Any damage as a result of misuse is also not covered. Warranty does not cover wear and tear.We offer telephone and email support for any products purchased from us.

All of our products are intended for the use of children aged 14 and above but this is at the discretion of the parents, who may purchase products for children starting from the age of 5.
